Born from personal frustration.

After buying a Samsung Jet 75E Pro, all the included attachments quickly ended up scattered in a cupboard. The included wall mount keeps the vacuum neatly in place — but there was no solution for the accessories.

Timo and Jacco decided to solve that problem once and for all. No universal DIY fix, but a product that fits precisely — millimetre by millimetre. That's how KlickDok was born.

Designed and produced on the border of Zeeland and Brabant in the Netherlands. Printed to order, so no material is wasted.

From idea to product

The first KlickDok prototype was born on a kitchen table in Zeeland. Timo measured every Samsung Jet 75 accessory down to the tenth of a millimetre and drew the first design in CAD software. After more than twenty prototypes — some too tight, others too loose — the fit was perfect.

Each design was tested by clicking the accessories in and out hundreds of times. The result: a mount that holds firmly yet releases easily. The clicking action is no coincidence — it is precisely tuned to the Samsung clips.

3D-printed production

Every KlickDok is printed in PLA — a plant-based bioplastic made from cornstarch. PLA is strong, lightweight and recyclable. We print on demand: no large stock, no waste.

The printing process takes roughly 3 hours per piece. Each layer is built up with 0.2mm precision. After printing, every product is visually inspected and tested with real Samsung Jet 75 accessories before being packed and shipped.

Why not mass production?

We could have chosen injection moulding in large batches. But 3D printing gives us flexibility: we can improve the design based on feedback without thousands of euros in mould costs. It also fits our philosophy — make only what is needed, when it is needed.

Every KlickDok is literally unique. The layer structure of the 3D printing process gives each piece a subtle pattern you can feel. That is not a flaw — it is a hallmark of local, sustainable production.
